I am a creative artist working in Middle TN. I don't label myself as just a painter or sculptor, but an artist that works in several media. I enjoy that one technique feeds the ideas for another. I have spent the last few years working on a series of paintings using a unique process of transferring ink onto beeswax. Recently, I've experimented with new subjects. The subjects of my paintings have included architecture or abstract images from photos I've taken, but my new work contains more from my personal experiences, imagination and memories. Some things are familiar, others maybe not. If I find something that stimulates or inspires me; I find a way to use it in my art. I think it's the exploring, or experimenting, that I'm mostly drawn to. I like not knowing exactly how the story ends.

I also created a community mural called "In Concert" in the Donelson-Hermitage area of Middle Tennessee (where I live). I designed the composition from Matt Fischer's vision. The idea of the Arts, Heritage, and Community working together to provide a great place to live and/or work.
