I've got to spend a couple days in the garage. The funny thing is, I still want to be in the studio painting, but I think it's good for me to mix it up a little. I've been working on some assemblage pieces to submit to a show at MTSU. Another exhibit that restricts the size of the work. I'm wondering how I will handle getting to work as big as I want after doing these shows with restrictions. I hope this doesn't make me freeze up. I notice there are times I do better with restrictions. It makes me focus. When I have free reign, I tend to loose control of my creative thought. I wonder in all directions and never settle on one path. Maybe not this time! I've gotten two of these assemblages complete, might try a couple more and then work on a piece of furniture, or two. After that, I'm back to waxing panels. I'd like to have a couple of new paintings
